- Up to 10-year terms, with up to 30-year amortization -- or up to 25 years,
fully amortized
- Up to 75% loan-to-value ratio; higher loan to values are available on an
exception basis
- Pricing options: fixed rate loans or LIBOR-based adjustable rate
loans (Including option to convert to fixed during first three years)
- Variable prepayment options available on fixed rate loans
- Costs: Appraisal, environmental report, and other reports as necessary
Other financing is available for owner-occupants:
- Combination construction/permanent loans priced at reference rate plus
spread during construction; upon completion, converts to standard term loan
program
- Small Business Administration 504s available for property purchase or
construction projects offering up to 90% leverage
- Secured lines of credit
- Letters of credit for industrial development bonds and tax-exempt revenue
bonds for property purchase or construction projects
